How to
- Accessing insights: To view your file's data and metadata insights:
- Go to Work Activity and select the file you want to analyze.
- Alternatively, these insights are available through the right-click menu under “Details”.
- Metadata: Key attributes associated with the file, such as creation date, last modified date, annotation, author, etc.
- Version history: A record of all changes made to the file, including who made them and when.
- Document relationships: Information on how this file interacts with other documents, collaborators and projects, giving you insight into all related work.
Utilising this tool allows for better organisation, easier access to relevant information, and improved collaboration efficiency.
You can also access data and metadata by the right click on the file if it is tracked or monitored.
