How to
- Tracking history: Access the tracking history next to the filename to see all tracked versions of a file, including who made the edits and when.
- File details overview: By selecting a file's details, you'll get a complete view of the file’s history, including:
- Metadata: View all metadata associated with the file.
- Annotations: See any personal notes or annotations added during the file’s lifecycle.
- Neighbors: View anything related to this file, such as linked or similar files.
- File Tracker: Inspect the entire file tracking history.
- Version Control: See the complete version tree, showing every edit and change made also to meta data. For instance, if you change an annotation, the file tracker does not show this as a new version. However, the change is clearly recorded in Version control.
- Colleagues: Check which team members have collaborated on the file.
- Communications: Review all communications related to this file, providing context to changes or updates.
